Jorginho has made final decision on his Arsenal future amid Fenerbahce speculation

Jorginho is fully committed to Arsenal and is ready to pledge his commitment to the club amid interest from Fenerbahce, according to the exerpienced midfielder’s agent.

The Italy international joined the Gunners in January from London rivals Chelsea following Arsenal’s failed attempt to sign Moises Caicedo from Brighton.

Jorginho proved a shrewd addition by Mikel Arteta but the club-record purchase of Declan Rice in the summer looked likely to limit the 31-year-old’s first team opportunities.

An injury to Thomas Partey, which is likely to rule the Ghana international out for at least six weeks, is set to hand Jorginho an opportunity after the international break.

And with the return of Champions League football to the Emirates Stadium on on the horizon, Jorginho has no intention of leaving for the opportunity of regular first team football in Turkey, according to Joao Santos.

‘Jorginho is focused on Arsenal, on the Premier League title race and the Champions League,’Santos told TMW.

‘He won’t go to Fenerbahce.’

Partey, meanwhile, is likely to miss upcoming crucial games against Everton, Tottenham, Manchester City and Chelsea with Arteta admitting the situation did not look encouraging in the aftermath of last weekend’s win over Manchester United.

‘I don’t know (how long he will be out for),’ he said.

‘Unfortunately he got an injury in training and it doesn’t look good, we need some more tests, we believe he’s going to be out for weeks.

‘We think it’s a groin but can be something in between.’
