Chelsea’s upheaval could spark plenty of doubt in the mind of Osimhen should it come down to a choice between the Blues and Arsenal. Arteta’s consistent presence and expectation of the process continuing forward competing for the elite honours would hopefully be enough to sway Osimhen to choose north over west.

Financial ramifications
