Tottenham delivered encouraging signs of improvement under Roberto De Zerbi but were ultimately left frustrated after twice surrendering the lead in a 2-2 draw with Brighton & Hove Albion at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. Xavi Simons stood out with an outstanding performance, yet a late mistake from Kevin Danso handed Brighton an equaliser that denied Spurs a vital win in their fight for survival.
