Exclusive: West Ham ‘Set to Receive £85m Offer’ During Summer Window
West Ham United star Mohammed Kudus is poised to be the subject of a big-money bid during the summer transfer window as Saudi Pro League side Al-Nassr are preparing to up the ante in their attempts to lure him away from the London Stadium, GIVEMESPORT sources have revealed.
Although Hammers head coach Graham Potter added to his attacking options midway through the season by bringing in Evan Ferguson on loan from Brighton & Hove Albion, having agreed to fork out a substantial fee and cover his pay package, the capital club have still found themselves languishing in the bottom half of the Premier League.
Kyle Macaulay is on course to play a crucial role in West Ham’s attempts to upgrade their squad ahead of next season, thanks to being appointed as their head of recruitment in January, but Al-Nassr are intending to negotiate a deal which will see Kudus embark on a fresh challenge.

West Ham are set to receive an offer in the region of £85million for Kudus during the summer, according to GMS sources, as Al-Nassr have given indications that they are prepared to submit a lucrative proposal after pinpointing him as a leading target as they aim to add to a side which already includes the likes of Cristiano Ronaldo, Sadio Mane and Jhon Duran.
The winger has been on the Hammers’ books since completing a £38million switch from Eredivisie heavyweights Ajax in August 2023 and, having been unable to spearhead his current employers towards a European qualification berth this term, could be allowed to move onto pastures new ahead of Potter’s first full season at the helm.
GMS sources have been informed that Kudus’ form has resulted in him being pinpointed by Al-Nassr as one of four attacking targets currently in the Premier League as Kaoru Mitoma, Antoine Semenyo and Luis Diaz – of Brighton & Hove Albion, Bournemouth and Liverpool respectively – are also being eyed.
The Ghana international still has three years remaining on a contract which allows him to pocket £90,000-per-week, leading to there being an awareness behind the scenes that the Hammers stand to boost their budget and make space on the wage bill if they sanction a move to the Middle East.
Kudus has a £120million Saudi Arabian-specific release clause even though those demands drop to £85million for Premier League rivals, GMS sources have learned, but Al-Nassr are confident that West Ham will entertain offers closer to the lower figure when the transfer window reopens
