Fulham v Everton: BBC pundit left raging at ‘Horrible’ incident
Efan Ekoku was not impressed with Fulham goalkeeper Bernd Leno after what he did against Everton.
The Toffees secured a 3-1 victory against the London outfit at Craven Cottage on Sunday afternoon.
Despite the hosts taking a lead, David Moyes’ side stuck to their plan and got the job done, securing three points on the road.
Leno fumbles as Beto doubled the Toffees’ lead
In the 73rd minute of the contest, Beto found himself through on goal and before the defender could close him down, he fired a shot at goal.
Most goalkeepers would have easily dealt with this but the Fulham number one failed to hold onto it or parry it.
This saw the ball brushing past his fingers into the back of the net, to make it three for Everton.
Speaking on the Premier League world feed, Ekoku, a BBC pundit said at 4:34 pm on 10 May: “It just squirms under the keeper. Horrible mistake. It’s an awful error.”

Moyes’ masterclass lay in Everton’s disciplined defending and ruthless counter-attacking, securing the win by striking at the decisive moment.
Never did they look beat or bothered by the occasion and this is in stark contrast to Sean Dyche’s team earlier this season.
They would’ve folded and not been able to mount a comeback, but that wasn’t the case under the Scotsman.
