The latest Arsenal news as the Gunners take a 3-0 advantage into the quarter-final second leg at the Bernabeu.

Real Madrid star Vinicius Junior has hinted that he is ready to try and lead the comeback against Arsenal in the Champions League quarter-final second leg.

The Gunners have a 3-0 lead from the first leg at the Emirates Stadium last week thanks to two stunning free-kicks from Declan Rice and a goal from Mikel Merino. It puts them in a commanding position ahead of the trip to Madrid.

However, the Spanish giants seem to be in a bullish mood ahead of the game. Earlier in the week both Jude Bellingham and Vinicius Jr started looking ahead to the game against Arsenal .

In a post on Instagram, the latter wrote: “Already thinking about Wednesday!!! We’re ready and looking forward to it. We’ll see you at the Bernabeu and we’ll try everything. WE ARE REAL MADRID!!! HALA MADRID!”

The 24-year-old has now taken to social media again to send another message ahead of the game. Posting on his Instagram story on Tuesday night he shared a picture of him in training ahead of the game, along with the caption that translated to “Tomorrow. 9pm.” and an ice cold face emoji.

Time difference means that the 8pm kick-off here will be at 9pm in Spain. Just a couple of hours later we’ll know who will be facing Paris Saint-Germain in the semi-final of the competition.

The French side overcame fellow Premier League side Aston Villa 5-4 on aggregate in their semi-final on Tuesday night. After leading the first leg 3-1, PSG quickly took a 2-0 lead at Villa Park, but Villa came back to win the game on the night 3-2 and make it a nervy ending for the French champions.
