Oxford United are rumoured to make a move for Dundee defender as the club look to fend off Championship relegation.
According to reporter Alan Nixon, the U’s are set to make a ‘surprise move’ for the highly-rated centre back.
Graham has played in 20 of Dundee’s 21 Scottish Premier League matches this season and has attracted interest from rivals Aberdeen after breaking into the Dark Blue’s first team.
He produced an outstanding performance in his side’s 1-0 derby victory over Dundee United last weekend.
Fellow Championship sides Portsmouth, Sheffield United and Queens Park Rangers have all been linked recently, however, according to Nixon, Oxford ‘have cash to spend’ and are hopefully of convincing the 21-year-old to join the Yellows in their fight for survival.

Graham scored his first league goal for the Dee in September to earn a point against Motherwell.
United moved early this January to bring in Jamie Donley on loan from Tottenham Hotspur on January 2 as their first signing this month.
He is set to feature in the U’s FA Cup clash with MK Dons on Friday night.
Oxford saw their most recent scheduled fixture against Sheffield United postponed due to a partially frozen pitch.
Still managerless, Craig Short will lead the Yellows for a fourth time against the Dons as the search for Gary Rowett’s replacement continues.
